Pain-Free Riding Foundations

Build the foundation for pain-free, balanced riding.

Pain shouldn't be part of your riding journey.

Whether you experience stiffness after every ride, struggle to sit evenly in the saddle, or simply want to improve your performance, Pain-Free Riding Foundations will help you understand your body and move with greater balance, confidence and ease.

Created by a physiotherapist specialised in both riders and horses, this online programme combines biomechanics, physiotherapy and elite competition experience into a practical step-by-step system that you can apply immediately.

Why this program is different.

Most riding instruction focuses on your horse.

Most physiotherapy focuses on your body.

This program combines both.

Because the rider and horse function as one moving system, lasting improvements only happen when you understand the interaction between the two.

This unique approach helps you become a more balanced rider while creating a happier, more comfortable horse.

Who created this program?

I'm a physiotherapist specialised in both riders and horses, combining clinical expertise with years of experience competing at the highest level.

As a 2-time European Champion and 7-time Belgian Champion, I know first-hand how important a balanced, pain-free body is — not only for performance, but also for the wellbeing of you and your horse.

My mission is to help riders move better, ride better and enjoy a healthier partnership with their horse through an evidence-based approach.
