Amber Heidbuchel is born in 1998 and is since she was a small kid passionate about horses. When she was 4 years old, she started riding at the local riding school 'Manege Waterhof'. She made her competition debut at the age of 6, competing at local competitions with her pony. Now, she's travelling the world to compete in both dressage and reining disciplines internationally.  This combination makes Amber a unique trainer who tries to combine the best techniques of both worlds. She trains all her horses from breaking in up to international level, with the expert guidance of her trainers. 

Amber graduated as a Sports Physical Therapist at the Catholic University of Leuven. Currently she has her own physiotherapy practise "Kinesitherapie Amber Heidbuchel" in Linden. She's also graduated as Equine Physiotherapist at the University of Gent. Lastly, she's performing active research and a PhD at the Faculty of Biomechanics at KU Leuven where she focusses on equestrian biomechanics.

Amber has been no less than 9 times part of the Belgian Team in two different disciplines. She's 6 time Belgian Champion (both dressage and reining) and became European Champion with the Belgian team at the 2018 European Championship Reining YR. In 2023, Amber qualified for both Senior teams in dressage and reining for the World Championships.
